In Montana a few weeks ago, parents were told that "science" indicated that their children needed to hear graphic information through sex education classes. What most parents don't know is that the "science" used to develop sex education and mold the entire "human sexuality" field came from a professor at Indiana University named Dr. Alfred Kinsey. Many years ago he collected "data" on human's by interviewing. He first sought out the most deviant male criminals in prison and labeled them the average American male. He interviewed prostitutes who lived with a man (back in the 1940's that was unheard of) as the average American female and finally he took data from pediophiles who raped children (between the ages of 2 months to 14 years) and then declared children were sexual from birth. Even Freud recognized that there was a latency period before teens became interested in "sex."
Dr. Mary Calderone, past President of Planned Parenthood became the director of SIECUS (The Sex Information and Education Council of the United States) and worked along side Kinsey and his associates to raise a generation to believe they were capable of orgasms from birth. In the May-July SIECUS Report of 1982, Dr. Calderone stated, "Few people realize that the great library collection of ......the Kinsey Institute...was formed very specifically with one major field omitted: sex education. It seemed appropriate, not only to the Institue but to its major funding source, the National Institute of Mental Health, to leave this area for SIECUS to fill. Thus we applied and were approved for a highly important grant from the National Institute for Mental Health that was designed to implement a planned role for SIECUS to become the primary data base for the area of education for sexuality." p.6
Hugh Hefner provided the initial money for SIECUS and many of its initial members were funded by Penthouse Forum. The goal of sex education is SAR or Sexual Attitude Restucturing which focuses children on the act and the genitals and everything else that has to do with "sex" so it is no suprise that those who would benefit from children become sexually active sooner would be the ones who have developed the sex education we have today.
The good news is the root of what has legalized sex education, abortion and pornography in this country, Dr. Alfred Kinsey's science, has been discredited and debunked by the extensive research of RSVP America and Dr. Judith Reisman. This is where I received my training and why I have the knowledge to rebuttle Kinsey's science; mostly within the church. It is also most encouraging to know that the American Legislative Exhange Council (ALEC) published and confirmed RSVP's findings and called for a repeal of Kinsey-based laws in the April 2004 ALEC State Factor. The State Factors were sent to all member state legislators, about 2,300 nationwide.
As the former director of the Kinsey Institute, Dr. John Bancroft, well warned in 1998 for those who have celebrated the legalization of pornography, abortion, sex education, sodomy, obsenity, and down the road pediophilia (check out NAMBLA if you don't think that is possible), "if this gets out there....we could lose everything we have gained in the last 50 years." I am just a mom, but put a few Gideon's Army together and watch what God can do! Don't give up the fight Montana!
